Privacy policy

This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out on the KeyPoint Subvention website, a brand of KEYPOINT INTERNATIONAL. The authoritative version of this policy is the French one.

Data controller

KEYPOINT INTERNATIONAL, SAS with a share capital of €1,000, 3 Rue de l'Amiral Cloué, 75016 Paris, France. Paris TCR 450 942 826. contact@kp-i.com. +33 1 40 76 06 99.

Data collected

Contact and estimate-review forms: surname, first name, company, phone number, e-mail address, scheme concerned, message and, where applicable, the amounts entered in our calculators together with the estimated result.

Application forms: cover letter and CV, in addition to identity and contact details.

Audience measurement: anonymised traffic statistics, only after your consent.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your contact and estimate requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Processing applications: pre-contractual measures.

Measuring site audience: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention periods

Contact requests: three years from the last exchange. Unsuccessful applications: two years. Recruited staff: five years. Audience measurement: Google Analytics data is retained for fourteen months, Microsoft Clarity session recordings for thirty days. The consent record itself is kept for six months, after which the banner is shown again.

Recipients and processors

Data is intended for the KEYPOINT INTERNATIONAL teams authorised to handle your request. It is neither sold nor passed on.

Four processors are involved. Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and receives the requests sent through the forms before passing them to the firm by e-mail. Google Ireland Limited measures site audience (Google Analytics 4). Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides Microsoft Clarity, which produces usage statistics and anonymised session recordings. CookieScript collects and stores your cookie choice. The last three are called only after you consent.

Transfers outside the European Union

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company established in the United States. Browsing the site, like submitting a form, therefore involves a transfer of data outside the European Union. If you accept audience measurement, Google and Microsoft may also transfer data to the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for the providers concerned, on their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Security

The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@kp-i.com. A reply will be provided within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site do not require consent. Audience-measurement cookies — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — are set only after you agree. Until you choose, they stay blocked: Google Analytics is declared in « consent denied » mode by default. Consent is collected by CookieScript. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie-management link the banner provides, and your browser settings also allow you to refuse all cookies.
